We ensure that your business can use our equipment 24/7. That’s why we have equipped it with technology that allows for 24/7 monitoring (via the Internet). In case of a malfunction, our service is activated immediately. Response time is 24-48 hours.
Except for specific cases, the warranty for Chemaxpol equipment lasts one year from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by improper use or mechanical damage.
In all cases, a malfunction report must be sent along with contact information for the person responsible for the equipment to: serwis@chemaxpol.com, clearly indicating the type of malfunction or providing remote access via the Internet. For every reported malfunction of Chemaxpol equipment, the service is activated immediately. After each report, a service representative will contact the person reporting the issue to determine the exact possible cause of the malfunction.
Since we are committed to continuously improving our equipment, it is very important that you provide us with all feedback regarding their use. This will enable us to eliminate issues as quickly as possible and improve the comfort of working with our equipment.
Throughout the entire lifespan of the equipment, if you encounter any problems with its operation or if it requires maintenance, please report such issues. For warranty claims, if we have all the necessary components to resolve the malfunction, our team can fix it within 24 hours from the time of reporting. After the warranty period, a preliminary cost for the repair or service inspection will be provided, and upon acceptance, we will begin work at a date agreed upon by both parties.
