The Label remover type ZEO-1000S is a specialized device designed to remove paper labels and stickers from all sides of a plastic container with dimensions of 600x400x200. Used in the meat and food industry, whose yield is 400-1000 pcs / h. The device works as a freestanding individual unit. It can also be part of the washing line and cooperate with the container washer.
Transport of containers:
The containers are loaded into the trenching machine manually or automatically from the zone side picking labels. However, unloading from the reception area. Thanks to this, the breaker can work in line with a continuous transport system or as an individual unit.
The process of picking labels / removing stickers:
Zone picking labels equipped with a specialized transporter with a turntable inside the device. This has the task of steadily moving them and rotating 360 degrees while removing labels. The zone is separated by stainless steel curtains on both sides to protect the main wash area against the ingress of parts of the labels. Water from label machines it flows directly into the sewerage system and is cleaned by a drawer drop filter with a gap diameter of 2 mm.
