600x400x200 and 600x400x270 mm in all branches of the meat and food industry with a capacity up to 600 pcs / h of freshly soiled fresh containers with a blower module.

Transport of containers:

Loading of containers into the machine takes place manually or automatically from the side of the pre-wash zone, and unloading from the side of the scrub zone, so that it can be aligned with the continuous transport system. After loading the containers in the washing section, they are automatically moved along the prewash section to the rinsing module through the main washing and rinsing sections. The upper guides in the washer sections adapt to the dimensions of the containers.

The pre-wash process:

The pre-washing process is carried out thanks to the circulation of water in a closed cycle. Accuracy, efficiency and cleaning efficiency are guaranteed by the use of stainless nozzles with a constant angle of washing and the amount of water outflow. The factor supporting the process of thorough cleaning of the containers is the smooth regulation of the speed of travel. In addition, the device has a filtration system. The overflow filter collects excess water in the tank and eliminates it directly into the drain in the floor. The self-cleaning slotted rotary filter selects solid debris outside the device. Filter dial 0.5mm. The installed water management allows refreshing of the water in the pre-washing tank of 70% and the main 30%, obtaining it from the rinsing zone.

The main washing process:

The main wash zone is divided into main washing sections and rinsing sections. The washing process in the main washing section takes place thanks to the circulation of the washing agent in the closed circuit. The length of the washing ring in the section guarantees a high washing quality. The detergent is automatically dispensed into the main wash water tank by means of a pump with conductometric measurement. In addition, the water temperature during washing is automatically regulated and maintained. The accuracy, efficiency and performance of cleaning containers guarantees the use of stainless steel nozzles with a constant angle of washing and the amount of water outflow. The factor supporting the process of thorough cleaning of containers are guides and a mechanical conveyor for transporting containers with smooth regulation of the speed of movement. In addition, the device has a filtration system. The overflow filter collects all the impurities floating on the surface of the water in the tank, eliminating them directly to the drain in the floor. The self-cleaning slotted rotary filter selects solid contaminants outside the device that could not be removed in the pre-wash zone. The filter's filter clearance is 0.5mm. The washed containers go into the rinsing section, where they are rinsed using hot or cold running water directly from the network. Water after rinsing the container goes to the common water management of the washer. Where it is properly divided into zones to refresh them.

The process of blowing:

Containers after basic washing and rinsing are transported to the puffing section. To blow out the remaining water, adjustable stainless nozzles are mounted mounted on all sides of the container, which are connected to 3 high efficiency fans. The nozzle slots guarantee the quality needed to remove residual water from the container surface to 80%. The quantity of washed containers and the speed of transporter's work have an impact on the quality of blowing.
