Washing machine for knives and metal gloves Type: MNN-10 is a specialized device for the purpose of washing aprons and metal protective gloves and knife carriers used in meat industry partitioning departments with efficiency;

The loading of gloves or knife carriers into the machine is carried out by hand hanging on hangers adapted for this purpose. After hanging the gloves and knives carriers in the washing and rinsing chamber, and run the washing program.

The washing process in the main washing section takes place in a closed cycle with the addition of a washing and disinfecting agent that aids washing. The detergent is automatically dispensed by means of a pump with conductometric measurement directly to the main wash water tank. In addition, the water temperature during washing is automatically regulated and maintained. Accuracy, efficiency and cleaning performance are guaranteed by the use of cleaning rings with stainless steel nozzles and adequate water flow. The factor supporting the washing process is the mechanical rotation around its own axis. Additionally, the device has an eye-operated drawer filter that stops solid contamination. The overflow filter collects floating floating water in the tank, eliminating them directly into the drain in the floor.                 

The final rinsing process:

The final rinsing process is carried out using hot water from the hot or cold water network. The rinsing ring is equipped with stainless nozzles with adequate water flow and angle of rinsing. The use of warm water at 50-55 ° C supports the rinsing process and increases its effectiveness. 

Disinfection process:

The disinfection process takes place using the open steam from the factory network with a vacuum of 2 bar.
