The loading of aprons and gloves and carriers for the machine is carried out by hand hanging on hangers adapted for this purpose. After hanging the aprons, gloves and knives carriers in the washing and rinsing chamber and start the washing program.

The main washing process:

The washing process in the main washing section takes place in a closed cycle with the addition of a washing and disinfecting agent that aids washing. The detergent is automatically dispensed by means of a pump with conductometric measurement directly to the main wash water tank. In addition, the water temperature during washing is automatically regulated and maintained. Accuracy, efficiency and cleaning efficiency are guaranteed by the use of stainless steel nozzles with a constant angle of washing and adequate water flow. The factor supporting the washing process is the mechanical rotation around its own axis. In addition, the device has a filtration system. The overflow filter collects floating floating water in the tank, eliminating them directly into the drain in the floor. The self-cleaning rotary slotted filter eliminates solid contamination. 0.5 mm protecting the washing nozzles against clogging, which guarantees the cleaning efficiency.

The final rinsing process:

The final rinsing process is carried out using hot water from the mains, hot or cold water. The rinsing ring is equipped with stainless steel nozzles with adequate water flow and angle of rinsing. The use of warm water at 50-55 ° C supports the rinsing process and increases its effectiveness. After rinsing, the water flows to the common water management in the washer where it is divided appropriately and delivered to the water reservoir in the main washing zone, in order to refresh it.

Disinfection process:

The disinfection process is carried out with the use of clean, clean steam from the factory network at a pressure of 2 bar. The steam disinfection ring is equipped with a hole for direct steam injection into the zone.


The closed design ensures full safety of operators who are working during operation. Made of stainless steel ensures high hygienic conditions. In addition, the readable control panel allows full control of the washer's operator over the washing process.
